Important Information

What you need to know

You have to bring all that you need to use during your stay:

We are not provide cleaning products, toiled paper, soap, laundry soap, dish soap, personal care products, food or any soft drinks. Just few minutes away you can find supermarkets like Walmart, Target, Publics and many restaurants.


Please place all trash in trash bags and place in the designated trash area. 

If for any reason you have left over food, please feel free to leave it in the home and the housekeeping team will take care of it.

For check out we need you to place all the trash in plastic bags inside the garbage chute or house porch.

Air Conditioning

You should set the temperature between 75 and 80 degrees, please never set the temperature below 72 degrees. 


Check in time is 4PM on arrival and check out time on departure is 10am. You can check-in anytime after 4pm as there's a guard 24/7 at the main gate and house is self check-in with the door code.

Dirty dishes

Please place all dirty dishes in the dishwasher & please start the wash cycle.


Remember that there may be guests checking in on the same day of your departure so you must adhere to the 10am check out time.

 Failure to do so may result in late check out charges.


Please note that all of the furniture and inventory in the home has been accounted for and digitally recorded. After your checkout, we will inspect the home to make sure all of the items are accounted for and are left in good condition. In the event of any accidents such as breaking a glass or a plate or anything else, you must notify us to arrange replacement. If we find any items missing or broken, you may incur a charge.


You will be charged from your damage deposit account if we find anything broken or stained, such as carpet stains, wall marks, comforter or linen stains, furniture stains or damage etc. Evidence of partying or smoking inside the unit will also incur in this charge. It may be up to the same amount of an additional cleaning fee.

Lost and found items

Please check to make sure you have removed all personal and valuable items from the property. 

if for any reason an item was left behind, feel free to contact us and report what left behind. 


You will incur extra charges if excessive trash is left in the property. We clean after your departure, however if we find excessive trash, such as un-bagged trash, leftovers in the refrigerator, boxes, etc. on top of counters, beds or carpets, there may be an additional charge of $50.

Any units left with smoke smell will be charged extra up to the cost of another cleaning fee.

Missing or stained towels will be charged at the following rates:

Bath Towels: $15 each
Hand Towels: $8 each
